Harvested in 2023; in neutral oak barrels since February 2024; 100% Tannat, clone FPS 01.1 on 1103P rootstock; Alcohol: 15.23 %; pH 3.8; TA .58 g tar/100mL; Aging tannins added on January 20, 2025 and have polymerized nicely; As expected, pronounced tannins, full body, dark plum color with dark fruit notes.
Harvested in 2023; in neutral oak barrels since February 2024; 100% Grenache Noir, Lewis Clone on 1103P rootstock; Alcohol: 14.93 %; pH 3.7; TA .48 g tar/100mL; Aging tannins added on January 20, 2025 and have polymerized nicely; Soft tannins, lighter body, rich color with notes of red fruit and spices.
Harvested in 2023; in neutral oak barrels since February 2024; 100% Zinfandel, FPS 26.1 / FPS 41 CloneS on 1103P rootstock; Alcohol: 13.7 %; pH 3.52; TA .60 g tar/100mL; Aging tannins added on January 20, 2025 and have polymerized nicely; Medium tannins and body, lower alcohol for everyday drinking, rich color with notes of red fruits and spices.
